Costa Blanca Spanish property sales have taken a slight back seat lately in favour of the lesser known provinces such as Murcia and Almeria. However there are areas of this well established region that we highly recommend. The Costa Blanca, for example is well-established and for those people not wanting to wait for the lesser known areas to become established and want some sort of long standing infrastructure then we cannot 'rave' highly enough about Orhihuela Costa. This area is about a 10km stretch of coast with six main beaches and villages that have merged to form one. Punta Prima (where we have Senorio de Punta Prima) at the north ambling down to Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Aguamarina and Campoamor. With at least 11 golf courses overlooking the coastline and a fabulous selection of restaurants and five star hotels there is everything anyone could want within walking distance or an easy car ride. This area can provide luxury retirement homes in Spain and many of the areas are highly residential for both the Spanish and British alike.
