The Prime in-house legal department assists by passing over the results of these enquiries we have made to the lawyers you have instructed. Our income comes from the commission on sales paid by developers and vendors of the overseas properties that we sell, so we do not charge our clients for managing the purchase. We choose to reinvest some of this money in our client support service department, ensuring that we offer exceptional levels of client service.A further 10% of our profits is distributed to charity through the Prime Charitable Trust – half to UK organisations and half to the countries in which we operate.
